TOPIC: This presentation will highlight the different Social Security programs, entitlement factors and online services, including iAppeals. There will be discussion about the new online services available with a MySSA Account: creating the account, obtaining your Social Security Statement online, benefit verification letter, ability to check benefit/payment information and earnings record and do a change of addrss/phone/direct deposit. Other updates will be covered regarding new field office hours for the public and the deadline for electronic payments.
